Since 12 years, ongoing attempts of creating Mass Awareness in the Society through various modalities such as:

• Documentary ‘Jagruti’ which is widely circulated & is uploaded on the You Tube via https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=krbTYcNTSvU
• Posters with cricketer Parthiv Patel.
• Number of Awareness Programs on electronic media as well as in print media.
• Tableaus during social & religious events & processions.
• Booklets & leaflets widely distributed amongst college & school students
• A 24×7 (round the clock) collection center for Thalassemia Testing.
• Pre -test & Post- test counseling.
• Conceptualised & helped in production & direction of Sindhi feature film ‘Masum’ on this subject.
• Advocacy amongst the gynecologists & in the Society for testing during regnancy & Pre-Natal Diagnosis.
• In active partnership with Indian Red Cross Society, major supporter of its Prevention Program.
• Coordinating with Thalassemia International Federation (TIF), and various NGOs & agencies across India, involved in the work related to this subject.
• Providing a strong push for Community specific approach for prevention of Thalassemia.
• Actively involved in Cascade Screening of affected families for finding more & more at-risk Thalassemia carriers.
• Influencing & Awarding Rotary Clubs & other organizations for doing Thalassemia related projects.
